Where is the best place to track a copy of A Journey Through Time down?
I have seen the odd copy pop up on amazon etc, but at £400 I think I'd rather just have a new watch! :lol:
I know its not a cheap tome, but I was hoping to pay half that! :roll:
Will probably be looking seriously in three or four weeks when the cash flow re-starts! Worth a WTB?
I keep checking the charity shops when I'm in town, but no joy as yet! :banghead:

Wait until you have a bit of cash. Book a flight and go visit the Omega museum, and buy a copy whilst over there. Well worth doing.

The book will be a decent price at the museum - I bought my Omega Saga book whilst I was there and couldn't buy it cheaper anywhere else at the time.

Its about 500 pages long, with detailed descriptions of almost every model they turned out (standard, limited edition, prototype...everything!) and photographs of each.
I've only leafed through a copy at my watchmakers (he wouldn't let me borrow it! :evil: ) but it is just an essential for an Omega collector, really.
£250 is a bargain for what you're getting. It was run off in limited numbers when it was released a couple of years ago, and is now difficult to track down since its out of print.
Its 832 pages long apparently!!! :shock:

I think Boutiques still sell it, I know the one in Sydney had them last time i was there, which was last month.
Its a superb book, and well worth the cash. Its probably the biggest book you will ever buy....
i have the book also, ordered directly from omega museum. i love it and find myself referring to it all the time. ironically, it does have some photos of fake seamaster 300's that are represented as authentic!!
Don't even think about paying £400, its available as Jon said in your Omega boutique now for £225, which is a bargain, and better than carrying a tomb of this size and weight around in your holiday luggage.
My wife bought it for me a few years ago, from an Omega Boutique in London. Not sure if they had it in stock, or it was ordered in, but your not going to get a new one cheaper elsewhere, if at all.
It's a stunning book, and if you get it, you won't be disappointed.

Its out of stock again at the mo, they are reprinting though... price is planned to be the same as before from what i understand.
