Recently I have experienced trouble logging into tzuk, rolexforums and watchuseek via tapatalk and was wondering if someone could help me out here.
Im using tapatalk 4.9.5 and when I enter my login password the app just stalls on the log in page and nothing happens. When trying logging in with an incorrect password the app will tell me its incorrect, so its clearly able to establish connection with the server. Furthermore, if I just browse the forums as anonymous guest, I am able to do so, however on Tzuk, wus and rolexforums it wont show me the posts within threads, on the other hand on eg. Omegaforum it does show me even posts while anonymous.
Ive tried cleaning all local tapatalk data content, rebooting the phone and starting fresh, but that didnt help either.
Any ideas as to the cause would be most appreciated
Android or iOS?
If it's Android, then you could try going into Apps and deleting the cache for Tapatalk (the exact mechanism will depend on the version of Android that you're running). You could also try removing the offending forums from Tapatalk and then re-add them.
If it's iOS, then try turning the phone off, putting it in a drawer, and going out and buying an Android phone :-)

Same here, something changed before Christmas and using the Android app version 4.4.0 on an Amazon Fire HDX you cannot view the forum threads. I've checked to see if there is an updated version but this appears to be the latest. Very strange.
Cannot sort it either!
Got kicked out somehow and can no longer log on. Error says to contact site admin. Does anyone else have this?

Tapatalk is a third party addon over which I have no control. This is the fourth or fifth time that an update has created problems so I'll roll it back to the last version but if it continues to give problems, I'll ditch it.
Only Tapatalk can sort out Tapatalk.

Anyone lost Tapatalk notifications for posts/messages and if so is there a known cure before I contact them directly? Cheers in advance.
I have, but I've also had some other odd issues with notifications in other apps. So may e an Android issue as opposed to Tapatalk???? Or that could be coincidental.
I've no other issues with Android apps so last request otherwise I'll contact Tapatalk directly and hope for a useful response.
Edited to say I contacted Tapatalk and they've swiftly resolved the issue.

Do you know what they did to fix the issue as mine is still not updating etc - is it one of those uninstall/reinstall jobs <g>, I have done the usual of clearing the cache etc.

Mine hasn't worked for ages now. No notifications of replies, quotes or messages. It broke when the apostrophes vanished.
